BEHAVIOR PLAN
The classroom rules are fairly standard, and are reflective of the goals that the school has set forth in our implementation of the PBIS (Positive Behavior, Intervention, and Support) program. Rewards and progressive consequences are listed below as well.
GOALS
1. Be enthused about learning, but still enter and exit the building and classrooms quietly.
2. Show respect for yourself, people around you, and your school.
3. Accidents happen, clean up your mess.
4. Show pride, make sure name is on paper.
5. BE ON TIME!
6. Be helpful to those around you, our classroom is a team!
7. IF you are eating a snack, chew with your mouth closed.
8. Push in your chair.
9. Be ready to learn everyday by being prepared and at your best.
10. Mistakes happen, learn from them!
CONSEQUENCES
Name on board = Warning
Check = Loss of recess plus multiplication
2 checks = Detention
3 checks = Detention, office referral, and call home
REWARDS
Students will have an opportunity to earn tickets for various reasons. Caught being goods, random desk checks, earning a 3 on a paper just to name a few. We will conduct an auction where tickets can purchase item baskets.
